Koh Yao or Long Island is situated in the Andaman Sea halfway between Phuket and Krabi, with spectacular views across Phang Nga Bay. It is one of Thailand's last untouched islands and boasts stunning, practically empty beaches with a back-to-nature feel. It is a true paradise for those who want to escape mass tourism.

Visit Laem Had beach on Koh Yao Yai (Big Island) and discover the spectacular white sand bar lined with coconut trees and crystal clear waters. Stop off at Nork Island and hike the trail to enjoy the stunning view across Phang Nga Bay from the top. Venture north towards Koh Kudu, a beautiful unspoiled lagoon with impressive rock formations. At the very northern most tip of Koh Yao Noi (Small Island) is Ao Kian Bay & Big Tree. Here you can relax at a secluded bay or follow a short trail inland to one of the island's most famous landmarks.
